3 Tips On Coping with Fainting by our Psychologist

Psychologist, Dr Morwenna Opie-Moran gives her advice on how you can help yourself deal with your fainting episodes. Follow these 3 tips to help improve your quality of life.

Tip number 1 – Meditation:

Try to meditate and relax at least for 5-10 minutes daily in a quite environment.

Tip number 2 – Stay Social:

Continue to engage with friends and family.

Tip number 3 – Don’t Lose Hope
